Join our Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Solutions team EVCharging is growing rapidly in Jordan. To meet market demand, we are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, fast paced, high performing sales professional to create and maintain long lasting customer relationships.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background (perhaps even as a sales engineer or in services) plus a proven track record selling complex enterprise level solutions and ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

For our EV sales team based at our HQ in UAE, we’re looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager who will take care of the Jordan Market. You will be responsible for generating new business and building strong and lasting relationships with Partners and new customers.


  • Bachelor degree (Electrical Engineering is prepared)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a hard requirement for this position
  • Previous relevant work experience in sales in the Jordan market is a must- this is a great starters function to kickstart your EV charging sales career!
  • Proactivity and commitment to achieve outstanding operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • A commercial mindset
  • Dynamic team player eager to learn and hands-on mentality
  • Outgoing personality with ability to build strong professional networks
  • Willingness to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of the EV sector and our solutions
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Your daily activities will consist of

  • Support lead generation, account development and relationship management
  • Develop new customers and new initiatives for existing customers
  • Participate in creating successful implementation plans for new business initiatives and integrating these within the sales organization
  • Co-create successful propositions based on customer insights and sales opportunities
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with partners and customers and keep client knowledge up-to-date
  • Develop and maintain a customer and prospect database
  • Anticipate on market developments from a commercial point of view
  • Identify new sales prospects, follow up on the leads and draw up quotes
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Respond to and follow up on sales and information enquiries by email, phone and through personal visits
